App order by installation date

In a word, no.

Many of the files associated with an app (classes) keep their compile dates. Some have the installation date because they were created at installation, but unless you root the phone, you can't get to any of those files. And you can't change the dates of the icons in the app drawer.

If they run into any problems and it turns it to be an app that was installed sometime in the past two weeks, it would be easier to work your way backwards by deleting app in the order they came in.
