App permission blocking debugging

[Android Central Question]

I am trying to connect my Galaxy note 9 to my poor old stereo via USB cable. It will not mirrorlink and I get an error saying an app permission is blocking the debugging function. Any ideas how to find out what app?

You can try enable debugging in developer option.
