app permissions resetting

Hi everyone, I'm having a very annoying problem with my HTC One M9. Every time my phone battery dies all my app permissions get reset. As soon as I plug it in and turn it back on my app permissions are all reset and I have to go through them all and turn permissions back on. For example whatsapp won't have access to my contact names, my launcher quick dials will not work, etc.

How can I fix this it's becoming a very big issue. By the way I'm running marshmallow

Don't let your battery die. Get a mophie battery case / back up battery or carry a charger.

Yes. You should be more concerned about letting your battery die constantly. You are shortening the life of the battery and life of phone every time you let that happen.

right but aside from that it never used to happen. sometimes I don't even know it's going to die and it's in my pocket and loses battery.
