App removal question

Hey everyone! This is my first post here! I finally had a chance to root my phone and install Titanium Backup to remove/freeze some stuff. I came across this thread saying that deleting/removing apps can cause problems from successfully installing OTA updates. For the most part, I did freeze some apps that I felt sketchy about deleting. I am guilty of deleting some apps, but I wouldn't consider the ones I deleted important apps (Kindle, Books, MotoActv, MotoPrint, MOG, etc..) since I could just download and install them from Play Store. I did a factory reset to try to recover everything I deleted, but resulted in no success. All it did was restore my settings and account, and unfreeze everything that I had initially froze with TB. My dumb self didn't do a stock backup. Is there another way to fully recover my phone or recover the stuff I deleted. Will I be unable to update, if one ever comes, if I just leave my phone the way it currently is with the removed stuff?

Thanks!

google matt's Utility 1.81, download, and i believe use option 1 to revert everything to stock. you can also root from the same program, and install safestrap which will "basiclly" make a backup of your current (stock) system (after you run option 1) and allow you to make changes while still keeping a backup of your stock system with no worries of messing anything up.

I used his utility to root, but forgot it had a restore method to it. Will option 1 work even if I'm coming from the OTA ICS update?
