App screen rotation

I have encountered two apps that wont rotate on my Tab S3, from portrait to landscape view, and can't find any reference to rotation in the manual. Is this a Tab problem or a characteristic of certain apps? The auto-rotate fucntion is enabled.
The last problem was with the Dublin Bus app. - help, please!

It's app-dependent. For instance, Instagram won't rotate into landscape as most games won't (either landscape or portrait, depending on which way they're designed to be played). If you want to force an app to rotate, you can download 3rd party apps that will allow you to do so, but the apps that are 'artificially' forced to rotate might not function properly or might look 'wonky'.
