App Shortcuts

Anyone here have the same problem as me? I enabled the app shortcuts on lock screen and security setting but the shortcuts are not showing on my lock screen. Please help me. I tried turning the settings on and off. I also tried restarting my phone many times. I have samsung s8+

Are you referring to the AOD shortcuts? If so, double tap on the time and you see arrows to tap on. Hit the arrow and you'll see and cycle through the shortcuts.

Im not referring to those shortcuts. Im pertaining to the bottom icons that supposed to be there as a shortcut. Example is the phone or camera shortcut. Take a look on the pictures I uploaded. The settings for the bottom shortcuts are on but they are not showing on the lock screen

Look at the bottom left and right. Both the phone and camera icon are supposed to be there as shortcuts
