The only one I am aware of is Ad Block. However, you need to be rooted, and in my experience, it didn't work more often than it did, so I gave up on it.

Rooted here. I find Adaway the best. If it doesn't catch ads for a particular application or website I can turn on logging to figure out what domains the ads are pulled on and then try to add those to the list of sites blocked. A little dangerous at times when trying to block ads in applications but it works. Example of the danger is I was able to block ads in Hulu to the point that it wouldnt work anymore LOL.

Another vote for Adaway. I only have one app that gives me problems. It is a local news app and I can't watch any of their videos if I block the ads. My simple fix was to delete the app.
