App that translate incoming calls

Hi, I just had a strange call in a foreign language I could not understand. Is there an app that changes a foreign language to English in an incoming call.

Welcome to Android Central! There are few apps you can try -- search for "Android call translator," and you'll some apps suggested in the Play Store.

If this was a voicemail, then chances are it's a spam caller. I get a lot of Chinese-speaking spam calls where I am in the US.
