App that will automatically turn wifi on while I am at home and work, and off everywhere else

I am looking for an app that will turn my wifi on while I am at home and work, and turn it off when I am not. My issue is that the wifi I use at work is xfinitywifi, and that is the name of wifi hotspots all the way on my drive home. I want to avoid connecting to those hotspots while I am driving. Is there an app that can do this?
