App to block certain apps for a certain period of time?

[Android Central Question]

Anyone know of an app with which I can ban myself from using a particular app for a certain amount of time? Like if I wanted to ban myself from using Facebook for 3 days for example? All the apps I've found can limit daily usage and monitor app usage but I just wanna block access to a certain app (social media really) for days.

Yeah but that's best bet as they need for certain part of the day

They mentioned wanting to ban themselves from using an app for several days in a row. The problem with Digital Wellbeing is that the timer would reset at midnight, and therefore not continue blocking the app usage the next day.
