App to Help Phone Sleep

Since a lot of us have that deep sleep problem I thought I'd share an app I came across in the play store called "CPU Sleep". Its $1.50 but it seems to have help with my battery

This is true regarding the App. But your second sentence is interesting because I was just thinking about this very thing when I pulled up the Play Store to look at this App.

Something caught my eye right on the front page ...



I was a bit shocked to see Root Explorer is the #4 top paid app on the Play Store. I too held your view that "the majority of us are not rooted", but in seeing this, I'm not so convinced anymore. I don't think you hit #4 on the top paid list by being the minority.

Maybe Bob Dylan had it right ... The Times They Are A-Changin'

Gingerbread is a great deep sleep solution and its free. Root not required.
