App to Make a Note and Have it Show Up Somewhere on Phone?

I'm sometimes in situation where I have my watch, but no phone and no wi-fi, and want to make a note (and it'd be awkward to make a voice recording).
Would appreciate it if someone could suggest an app to do this (I'm find it pretty easy to use the handwriting recognition keyboard on the watch--just wish there were more places to use it.)

OneNote should work, as should Google Keep. Or you can always start a text and just save it as a draft.

there are a lot of "sticky notes" applications that you can use. It looks like a small notepad n the screen, but can atore lots of notes.

It'd be nice to have those options, but as far as I can tell, neither OneNote or Keep have Tizen apps for the watch and it's not possible to save a draft of a message on the watch either.
