App to make Thunderbolt available as disk through wi-fi network?

I back up my Thunderbolt (photos, videos, GPS and battery logs, etc.) by connecting it to my PC via USB then running a Python script I wrote to pull over all the newest files. I would prefer to do this over wi-fi.

Is there an app that will let me turn my phone into a disk drive via wi-fi in the same way it works via USB?

I have tried several apps that are close, but they all use FTP and none of them has been very good.
