App to manage LED

Is it possible, either through a setting on the device, or a 3rd party app, if there is a way to manage the LED behavior. I'd like to see when it is charging and when it is fully charged, Most other phones I have had are solid orange when charging, and then flash to solid green when fully charged.

I double the recommendation for Light Flow. I've used it for quite a while now and I really like it.
