App to move files/folders from internal SD to external SD?

Is there an app that will allow moving files/folders from the internal SD to the external SD - from within the RAZR? On my Xoom I can accomplish this with File Manager HD and also SDCardXD but have yet to find an app that will do the same on my Maxx.

I would like to avoid having to attach the phone to computer via USB.

You can do it using the stock My Files app. It's a little clunky, but you can navigate to a file on either "Internal phone storage" or "SD card," long press it to select whether to copy or move, then navigate to where you want to put it and select "Paste here."

I also have Total Commander, which has a lot of functions, but is not totally intuitive.
