app to replace power button

Hello, I need recommendation for an App that can replace the power button to turn on and off my phone. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5.

Thanks for the response, Dave. I just figured that Nova Launcher which I'm currently using can lock my phone using gestures. Now I just need to figure out a better way to wake up my device without using the Power button. I may try your suggestion though.

Waking up is more difficult if that feature is not built in. You could try AirOn.

Yeah, I'm glad my HTC M9 has double-tap to wake.

Gravity Screen has proximity functions along with many others. I love that I turn the phone upside down as I slip it into my shirt pocket and the screen goes off. Before my M9, Gravity Screen would wake my phone as I pulled it back out of my pocket.
