App to Silence all for a set period of time

Looking for an app that will Silence all sounds for a set period of time. Any suggestions?

Basically every time you turn of sounds, a popup will come up asking for how long.

Thank you, was exactly what I was looking for.

Your phone should be able to do that without using any apps. From mine you go to settings/do not disturb/and select an amount of time. You can also set up rules to turn off sounds from say, 8am-5pm School Day or Work Day, for example.
