app2sd notifications

after Rooting (thanks Cory!) ive been reinstalling my apps and i get a notification asking if i want to use app2sd to move my apps to sd...i dont want to do this and would like to disable notification..

anyone know how? ive searched and cant find answer

You dont need apps2sd on 2.2 roms. Just delete the apps2sd file if you can, if not datawipe/davlik wipe and reflash rom...

thanks....do u know where the apps2sd file is? i looked in system/app and didnt see it

also...im Stock rooted, if i remember correctly i saw option for davlik wipe is in clockwork when i reboot in recovery right? how do u reflash stock ROM?

I am stock rooted as I am not a rom flasher. How can I remove this notification from happenning? Thanks in advance for your help!

Its weird that you are seeing that notice with a stock rom. I was under the impression you installed apps2sd after you flashed a rom or something. There is no way that I know of to remove it from stock if you didnt install it seperately.

Its built into the stock rom as part of the 2.2 operating system, if you tried to remove it, you would probably break the rom. Just like when you buy it new out of the box, its in the phone already.

It doesn't hurt to move them there and it will only let you move whats safe. Im on the stock rom with root and have yet to see that notification...
