apple lawsuits

I was just wondering if anyone has any new info pertaining to apple lawsuits against android. I followed them off and on but just curious because I am an A500 user. Also does it anoy anyone else as much as it does me? I read all the so called patents that apple claims to have and they are so broad and vague and to me it is as if they made these broad patents as a mean to control the computer and phone market by ensuring that no one can make a computer or phone so they have no competition. Another thing is their use of the term "intellectual property". I mean if I as a consumer purchase a product from apple, how can they say that it is their property in ANY shape or form. Not only does apple say that your phone is their property but they also control all aspects of it and what you do with it. Personally, I hope that all the law suits cost apple so much they file bankruptcy and end the reign the electronic communism that the late (thank god) steve jobs left behind. Perhaps HP should step in a sew apple for the use of the windows base OS from Unix. I know that Microsoft did the same but at least they embraced the Unix technology and produced incredible systems with it.

yeah, apple is very annoying...if anything I think Google should be suing them. Have you seen ios5...they stole the whole Android notification system...

Well that's par for the course I guess. Apple OS is dead technology and has not had a mojor update is 12 years. The heart of every apple device is they apple OS which reached end of life with OS 10 came out. I had an iPhone once and after a few months I realized that I honestly hated it and I promptly gave it it away. I even had an iPod and god I hated iTunes so I bought a zune and when I got home from buying the zune I gave the shiny new 200 dollar iPod to the first kid I saw riding bye on a bike. With all this I mind I feel like my bef with apple comes from legitimate discontent with there products. I don`t care if apple is the only phone or PC left on the market, I will never buy another product from them as long as I shall live and I do my best to explain why andoid is a better choice to anyone willing to listen.

BTW if you havent heard yet (cr)apple sued htc for 20 infringements...only won 1 lulz

I thought it was two..lol I read today that apple is going after Samsung and Motorola as well.
