So I've spent the majority of the last 2 years with an iphone. However I just recently got back into android with the note 20 Ultra. My question is does anyone here use apple music on their Android device? So far it's not so bad and I really don't feel like moving all my stuff over to spotify. Thanks in advance for everyone's help and thoughts.

I use apple music on my Note. The only problem I have is when I go for a walk, I leave my phone at home and stream music from watch to my Galaxy Buds. You can't use apple music on your watch so I have to use spotify in that case. I'm on a free trial with spotify right now, when it ends I guess I'll have to cancel apple music and go with spotify.

I only have the gps galaxy watch. Can you load spotify onto that and leave the phone? I know I wouldn't be able to make phone calls but would spotify still work?

If you have the LTE version that requires a data plan you can. But if you have the Bluetooth only model you would have to bring your phone. But if you download songs to your watch you can listen to them without needing LTE.

As of now I think I'll stick with apple music. Just hooked it up in my car and the sound quality of apple music is better than spotify. At least to my ears. Since I can't really leave my phone and just have my watch cause of it being non lte the loading the music won't be an issue for me. Plus I still have my 11 pro max so if I decide to switch back and forth I'll be ok.

I use apple music with my family that all have iphones and me with my note 20. No issues. Works great even with Android auto.

I have apple music on my note and it works perfectly fine. The only crutch would be asking google assistant to play a song for you, because you cant select apple music as your preferred music provider for google assistant. At least in my experience it doesnt really work. Even when I tell google to play the song on apple music. I have not tried with bixby because well in all my experience bixby is pretty terrible and useless outside of routines.

Made the switch from Apple Music to Spotify many years ago. I'm just tired of being tied to damn Apple Eco.

I use them all.. Apple music comes with my plan... I subscribe to YouTube Music.. and use Spotify..

I also subscribe to Apple Music, Spotify, and Google Play (Youtube Music) and the fidelity of the music is significantly higher with Apple Music, even with Spotify's setting set all the way to high streaming and downloads. It really bugs me because the Spotify app is so much better than the Apple Music app. I hate Youtube Music's app and everything. I rarely use it now since Google Play Music moved to it.

Yeah I still use Apple Music on my note 20 Ultra, works just as well as on an iPhone IMHO

Strange, I rarely hear anyone talk about Amazon Music Unlimited. I have been using their service for years and have no complaints. Works with Android/IOS without issues.

This I will absolutely agree with. The sound on Apple music is much better than anything else I've tried.

I just switched over and I still use Apple Music, I have the family plan because the wife and kids use it too.

Coming from an apple I'm shocked how well apple music is on android. I have all my other music I downloaded prior on it and no need for third party apps. Worth the money imo

Yeah I'm pleasantly surprised. I didn't think my OCD would let me use Apple Music on android but after using it and hearing how much better the music quality is over Spotify I'll get over it lol.

just got my first 6 month apple music hard part need move all song from sp
That's the only reason I tried it. I didn't feel like switching my music back to Spotify. Honestly it's worth it. The music sounds so much better on Apple Music imo.

Ok so I've tested Apple Music over my Spotify, And do have to say yes Apple Music it's a bit louder than Spotify in some way, the problem with Apple Music the music list i have all of my songs some are louder than other on my list , Now with Spotify all of my Music on list all sound about the same on loudness compared to Apple Music, So will stay with Spotify. I said Spotify it's still better then Apple Music.
