You mention a "market" system.

If Apple does not allow third party app stores, sideloading, or displaying in an app of other methods to pay how is that "market" in any way.

The tired argument of "Its Apples hardware and software, they can do as they wish with it" goes out the window when they have built products and systems around trapping users into not being able to leave.

Apple is a monopoly in and of itself. Its far past time for their hand to be forced.
