On a app called featurepoints users complete surveys and earn points

Everytime they complete a survey the data is recorded

Overtime good quality surveys stop appearing to users because of the amount of used space from such data

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, can you clarify your question? Are you a developer asking about your own app? What does "fp records" mean, and what do you mean by "the activity takes up space"?

I use and recommend Google Rewards.

Occasional surveys and Google gives you Google play money that use can use to pay for apps or in-app purchases.

Pays for my yearly subscription to Bitdefender and Yahoo! Mail pro, etc.
