Application to manage contacts

Hi!

I have many contacts and noticed often I need to gather people for some specific event and I scan full list over and over. It would be great to have possibility of creating and filtering by tags (like 'board games', 'dance', 'food' and so on). Some predefined tags would be nice too (filtering by city or gender). And it would be even nicer if I could edit it from my PC. Are you aware of any apps (I don't mind to pay for it) that could satisfy my needs?

This. Btw, I apparently haven't used my labels in a while bc I just opened my "coworkers" label only to awkwardly find the boss at my old job that I didn't leave on very good terms with.
