With the (hopefully) upcoming release of the Galaxy Nexus I had a question about applications. I am coming from an HTC Eris (LOL I know.. I know) so I have never had the experience of going from an older phone OS to a brand new version. With the applications in the market place I am assuming they will have to be updated/recompiled before they will work with ICS. Is that correct? If so will there be any indications that say such and such application is compatible with Android 4.x? Or am I looking into this too far? Also I appreciate the sticky listing of Let's get an app list going... since there is so many applications in there that I could have never run on the Eris in the first place LOL. Do you know if people will start posting a listing of applications that work or have known bugs with ICS? There are a lot of new apps (to me) that I would like to try but it would be nice to know if they worked or not first. Thanks.
