It really makes no difference. Screen "protectors" don't actually make sense. All they do is prevent rub marks on the screen, so any protector is okay. No matter what the claims are, if you drop the phone screen down on a small hard stone (like something with carbide in it - which is harder than the screen protector), the protector and the screen will break. The best "screen protection" is a good TPU case with a lip, so if the phone lands screen-down, the screen doesn't hit anything.
(But manufacturers have found a way to make money - by claiming that their protector will keep your screen from breaking [while not offering to pay for a replacement screen if the protector doesn't work], so they sell protectors and people buy them.)
