Apps arent totally deleting?

Ok so heres whats happening. First Words With Friends opened fine and I played a word. Then it did the force close saying they found an error and would restart it. Everytime it restarts it closes again. So I cleared cache and data and deleted it. Then I went into recovery and cleared cache there twice. Turned the phone back on and reinstalled WWF and it still wont run. I figured ok its a buddy app anyway so I downloaded Word Feud. Installed fine. I logged in. Then I downloaded it on my Tab and logged in there also fine. Started a game there and all was good. Opened it up on the cell and it says auto login password wrong. Ok no biggie. Clear cache, data, delete app, recovery, clear cache, reinstall. It didnt work. When it loaded again it still had in my email addy and screen name and apparently incorrect password. Shouldnt all this have been gone since I deleted and cleared everything? Its like the phone is still storing info? Both run perfectly on my Tab and husbands OG Droid. Any ideas? Thank you!

lol. i dont know weather to laugh for you or cry. if you are doing all that wiping and stuff anyway, try the method i suggested first. format everything, flash new rom with dans odin package.

in recovery, do a data and cache wipe 3 times. go to mounts and storage and format everything there atleast 3 times. put phone in download mode and flash superclean 2.9 with dans odin package.

ok so here is what i would suggest, go into clockwork >advanced>wipe dalvik cache

if this does not fix the problem then try fixing permissions instructions for both of these can be found in my thread

I dont want to wipe things away again! I just cant do it again lol. Plus so far everything else is great. Im afraid to mess it up.

I did get Word Feud working but I had to buy the paid version. That let me log in instead of using my stored info. So I think Im good. Unless anything else happens Im not wiping! *stomps foot* lol

my thread breaks it down pretty well, its a custom recovery that allows you to install roms , themes, patches...etc

use that thread, use odin to install, the downloads and instructions are there

wiping dalvik cache doesnt wipe anything, the only time you lose data is if you wipe data

fixing permissions does not wipe data or settings either, in that thread there is a section that explains what fixing permissions is and how its done

Ok the dalvik wipe didnt work. With the permissions part do I move the fxpms.zip that I just downloaded to my comp to my SD card and if yes do I name it update.zip or leave it as its named? Do I unzip it? No right? Why does it say tw_clock_package.zip on the pic on the instructions but my file I just downloaded is fxpms? I think Im totally lost here.

fxpms.zip goes on your sd card yes,,,,no dont rename it or open it.....tw_clock_package.zip is just an example of how to flash a zip file.
