apps crashing but not reporting

A few apps including Facebook, spotify and instagram refuse to open, start up for about 5 seconds but then disappear with no crash report, it seems they are running but when selected from the multi window it just goes back to the home screen.

I have tried deleting them and re installing plus restarting the phone a few times but no luck, any advice?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you installed any new apps recently? Try uninstalling your most recently installed apps, in case one of them is causing interference. I'd ordinarily suggest wiping the system cache partition, but I don't believe that phone allows users to do that.
