Apps disabled in marshmallow

I just upgraded my phone to marxhmallow and some of my apps are disabled and I can't enable them. What's up with that and how do I fix it?? Most of not all of them are on the SD card but moving them doesn't fix the problem.

Which apps? They may not be compatible with Marshmallow; check the Play Store listing for guidance.

Will check the playstore. There are so many that won't move. And it is hard to tell which ones wouldnt have been allowed to on lollipop anyways. For instance:
google links
8bit
9 patch editor
android pay
cardboard
amazon
android zone market
aneko
but that is just the top of the list. Is there an app that will scan them and tell me which ones would have been movable in lollipop? Like link2sd maybe? Not to actually link them but to give me a list to start with.

This is a guess. The permissions were changed with MM. Cause some of mine needed to be tuned so they could operate.
