apps disappear sometimes

Does anyone else have the problem of sometimes when restarting device that some of your apps will disappear off of your screens. And you have to go back in and re add them to your home screens? Seriously annoying.

Doesn't happen when I restart. But I noticed it when I was trying out some themes. When applying certain themes, some icons went missing on my home page.

hmm. Maybe that happened? I had a whole folder missing but I assumed my fat fingers somehow swiped it off.
