Apps edge.....went poof!!!!

Has anyone changed themes and seen there apps edge are all blank? That's what just happened to me. Have to add the apps again. I restarted phone to see if they would pop back up but nope.

I got all themes from the galaxy theme store so I hope so

It's only happened once so far. Hope it don't happen again. But if it does, at least we can re add them.

Nope. I had to add them again. Even restarted phone to see if they would appear and they didn't. Hasn't happened since. It might have been one of the themes that I had tried out and deleted to.

Happened to me on the first day i got the phone but only some of rhe edge apps disappeared.... Added them back and it hasn't happened again, so far....

It seems to be happening to several users. I would think it might be a good idea that the affected ones write to Samsung reporting the bug. They might fix it in the next ROM update...

True cause it actually just happened again a few hours ago lol

Maybe a 'Clear Cache' & 'Clear Data' of the Edge apps tray can fix this once & for all. I have not used an 'edge' phone (using Note 4), but generally such 'disappearing apps' issues can be fixed by above action.

It's worth the try, but still it should not be happening, I believe the affected users should report it to Samsung.

That would really stink. I have themes but I have only changed the theme once. My apps did not disappear. Thanks for the heads up.
