Apps keep going back to default settings

Hi,

Say I want my stock dialer to only show numbers form 1 account, I select which account, a few days later it goes back to showing all accounts.

If I select what I want the default picture viewer to be (and select Use Always), and then a couple days later I have to do it again.

Any ideas with this one?
