Apps keep jumping out of apps folders

I created a few folders in my apps. Every once in a while I notice the app is no longer in the folder. I edit move it back & save.

It seems to mostly happen if I install new app or do updates.

Any way to stop the apps from jumping out of folders?

Does it happen every time you mount your SD card to the computer? I had the same issue and it turns out it's because the apps are on the SD card mostly. When you mount it the apps becomes unavailable and when the card is unmounted by the comp they reappear to the system, something to that affect.

Yup. That's it. They are apps I moved to sd card. Annoying.
