I was having some performance issues with my Moto D1 about a week ago. Apps were running slowly and Launcher Pro was slow to refresh after exiting various apps. I decided to do a factory reset to try and fix the problem.
After I have reset, I've had a problem with various apps looping and not starting.
Quick Office and Radar Now loop and won't start. Keep Screen and my Manage Applications List will not load the list of applications.
Should I reset again? Maybe a hard reset this time?

EDIT:
I should clarify the problem with the "Manage Apps" list. It loads initially w/out a problem. But, after i open the setting for any program and try to go back to the list, it will not load the list. I just sits in "loading" until i exit. Then i can come back to the list w/out a problem.
