Apps on locked screen question

Ok I know this is somewhere on this forum but can't find it. I just got my phone back and have to re populate it. What is the name of the app that lets you put apps on the locked screen and also gives several different sliders? Thanks

Yep, that is what I use. Was using GoLocker, but it does not allow it and I missed having my Beautiful Widgets super clock, calwidget and 4 day forecast on the lock screen.
