Apps on Samsung TabA crashing

I keep getting the message that variouse apps stop working. I have cleared the cache on the apps, have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have force stopped the apps, turned my tablet on and off more than once, turned my Wi-Fi off and on. I have plenty of space available. Any other ideas on what I can do?

maybe there's an app that consumes a lot of ram.

Not exactly how to look that up but the memory for the app is zero, the storage total is 69.84 mb. Could that be the problem? Or does anyone else have a suggestion?

With many apps crashing, nobody can answer this question unless you do a Factory Reset, then install app one by one.
Start from fresh is the best solution to find which app is causing problem.

I was thinking a factory reset would be the answer but really hoping there was something else I was missing. I appreciate the replies to this. I guess I'll close my eyes and hit reset. Again thank you all!

You have no other ways, an equation with 3 or 4 variables, no way you can solve it at once, but you have to do elimination method to find one by one. The same thing with software problem, a factory reset doesn't solve anything, then you can believe it's something else like mainboard failure or corrupted firmware.
