Apps on uSD card after restart

Every time I restart my phone, the apps that are in uSD card (and that are in folders) do not show up on the folders upon restart. I have to go back and add those apps to the particular folders.
Anyone seen this before and know why this is happening??

You have apps on the Sd card? Are you rooted? Are you moving them through Settings>apps? What Sd card are you using?

Can you be clear what you mean by "adding them to the right folders"?

Same here.

Probably issue with latest Sense Home update.

I use 'move to sd card' so to free up some space on my phone internal storage.
If the app that has been moved to sd card is in a folder I created on my homescreen, upon reboot, it no longer shows in that folder.

Also, everytime i update an app from the playstore that has been 'moved to sd card', it puts it back in internal storage, thus i have to manualy move it back.
