Apps shortcut long press issues . Nougat 7.0 Galaxy J7Pro

Hyi Guys

I´m new to this.
I own a galaxy J7Pro, and for some reason after 3 days I cant delete shortcut apps from home screen.

Also nothing happen when I long press an app icon on home screen.
Before I used to get the option to create shortcut, uninstall app, etc., but now nothing.
Whenever I press and hold an app, I would get a small black arrow above or below the app.

Please help

Check out that thread, there's a possible fix for this problem. Do you have animations turned off in the Developer Options?
