Apps That Are Safe To Remove

So yesterday I rooted my phone. Mainly with the intent of deleting the T-Mo bloatware. But there are quite a few things I'm not 100% certain are safe to remove. I figured since quite a few other devices have a comprehensive list of what is safe to remove and what isn't (or hasn't been tested) there might as well be one for the Optimus T. Feel free to post what you have successfully and safely removed and I can update this post to have a complete list. I'll start it off...

I removed Car Home as in my battery stats it said Car Home was using 40% of my battery...even though I never used the app.

I also removed Swype and Android Keyboard since I used Better Keyboard.
