Apps that utilise the new camera API

Hey!
One of the things that's been brought up a lot when Android L is being takes about, is the new and improved camera API. I manually flashed my nexus 5 today and I've laid no notice to anything new with the Google camera app. Does anybody know if any apps that utilise the new API?

"New API" doesn't mean "better pictures". It can mean something as simple as "you can do it in one line of code now, instead of two lines of code". In this case it means what's in this article. It's mainly a rewrite of the camera APIs to take advantage of newer hardware. You won't see any difference on cameras that can't support the new functions. https://github.com/PkmX/lcamera/blob/master/README.md is an experimental app for the Nexus 5 if you're running Lollipop Preview (LPX13D).

Note - many functions, like manual exposure control, manual focus, etc., aren't supported by many current phones.
