Apps with incorrect date

In this picture is a screenshot of my apps from Settings-General-Apps. I'm curious why some of the apps here have an incorrect date or if there is a significance to the date listed?

Probably an error in the app somewhere. I don't think it really means anything.

Kinda like this? Everything stock on the phone shows 1970.

Whats funny is the dates change. They used to say 1/5/1970 before the KK update.
