Apps Wont Download

My sister has this phone and when she goes into the app store and downloads anything free or cost money it just sits there and says downloading

This is on wifi or on 4gb neither work

What is wrong?

Go into settings>applications>manage applications>find market and clear cache.

If that doesn't work clear data also.

Hmm that's weird. Those two things ALWAYS fix market problems for me.

Did she try a simple reboot? One other thing would be to log out of her Google account and log back in. But usually clearing data for the market acts the same way.

Anybody else have any ideas?
