April Security Update is Live

If you have the Verizon Galaxy Note Edge, the very late April Security Update is now live and ready to download if you haven't been prompted already with the OTA. The new baseband should be N915VVRS2CQD1.

If applied correctly, this is the screen you should see. If not prompted yet, go to Settings<Software Update then download.

The only thing that had happened is the message notification number on the Edge screen takes awhile to clear. Other then that, all is well.

My Text/email/VM Apps on the Edge Panel don't show new message indication since this update. I just sent a tweet to @vzwsupport.

VZW says they are aware of this issue:
VZW Agenct: Hi there! I can definitely understand where you're coming from, as my phone doesn't show those at this time either. It is an issue we're working with Samsung and Google to correct.

I guess we should expect another patch soon. Maybe when the May Update is ready.
