We're rolling out a new Oreo 8.1 build (141) that includes April security patches, Bluetooth 5.0 certified, modem stability fixes, and more.

Updating my phone now!

Love these quick updates. blows Blackberry out of the water despite that article posted earlier about the KeyOne claims about their updates.

Best part about the new update is the ability to watch full screen videos. No more black bars to hide the notch.

KEYone claims monthly updates not speedy ones

I was referring to this quote: "One more thing: BlackBerry phones are usually the first to get the monthly Android Security update — often hours before Google releases the bulletin itself!"

They just got the March update last week! This statement is a flat out lie. I would say that after the Pixel/Nexus updates, Essential is next, Blackberry not even close.

At times the KEYone has gotten updates before the Pixel/Nexus device. But as more varients have come out the pace has slowed down.

i personally think the Bluetooth 5.0 cert is the most important part. I like the way the phone handles the notch in default mode.
