If you want to preserve your legal rights regarding Samsung (for example, if there's ever a need to join a class-action suit), you have 30 days from your purchase date to opt out of binding arbitration, as described here: http://org.downloadcenter.samsung.c...alaxy_Note10Plus_EN_TC_P_9.0_071019_FINAL.pdf

You may need to separately opt out with your carrier, too.
