On my second now it's terrible for fingerprints I tried film but the pen doesn't work well and that plastic one is not bad but a compromise.

The only way fingerprints don't show is if you got dry skin. I stopped worrying about all that crap long ago. Mainly bc thats one less thing to worry/think about and it saves you more time and energy than you can imagine.

I have a neo flex film protector and it's Okay at best. I like that it feels decent but it's actually too large for cases unless you apply the film 100% perfect. I don't have issues with fingerprints that I can see and it does easily wipe off. I work with lasers and ALOT of rubber dust and it's wipes off fine. I liked my zagg film much better. It's smaller and extremely smooth but it does show the S pen marks. I guess the only way out of that is a glass protector.

I use a Zagg Curve and seldom have an issue with fingerprints. Obviously, there isn't much you can do if your hands have something on them, i.e., lotion, Kentucky Fried Chicken..., but for the most part I don't have finger print issues. My son has the same thing and he says he doesn't have an issue either.

My wife asked me about it, she has an S7 Edge with a Zagg Curve on it. After she asked, I watched her lotion up her hands, grab her phone and start poking away at it. I didn't say anything, because I knew better!!

I failed to mention. We use Zagg because when you get a crack, and we frequently do, you go online and tell them and they send you a new one for the cost of shipping.

I use the Zagg and usually don't have a problem. Sometimes I do see the fingerprints when I'm outside in the sun though.

I'm using a liquid screen protector and it's great for fingerprints. They hardly show at all even if I use lotion and easy while I use my phone. Not sure about the ability to protect attaching a shatter or scratch, but it's great on fingerprints.

I keep thinking about getting liquid screen protectors, but I fear there's a negative effect I don't know about.

Also, if you're getting liquid screen protectors at cellular stores and they are applying for you, take the extra with you. A lot of employees take the extra and use it on their own device or friends devices.
