Well mine is WiFi only and it's made Vietnam. Honestly I'd rather it be made in Vietnam than China.
Sooner or later someone will acuse you of being "racist" for even asking such a question. My advise is to ignore them and their idiocy. There's nothing wrong with wanting to know where a product is made.
I just prefer my devices to be made in the same country that it was designed in. In this case, South Korea.

(like my Note 2, 3, 4, 5)
I also don't buy BMW and Mercedes SUVs made in the USA. I only buy real German made ones.

I also cancelled an order a few years ago when I found out that the Chrysler that I was buying was actually made in Canada, not USA...
In the very distant future, I will absolutely go back to iPhones, if Apple makes them right here in the USA. Probably not gonna happen in my lifetime.
Ok, I will admit that I did something a tiny bit racist and sexist last year. I walked into a fancy($$$$+) Japanese restaurant. I noticed that the two chefs at the sushi bar were both white women(hot and sexy, but still white and female). My friend and I looked at each other and decided to leave before the hostess showed us to our table.

Sorry...
