are any of the new 4g phones 'world phones'

I have a droid 3 that works on gsm in other countries that I have unlocked so i can get a local sim card and use there.

i am going to upgrade this phone to lte, but don't see any of the new 4g phones that have a gsm voice band?

is there a way to use any of the new 4g phones over in europe. does lte allow for voice yet in europe?

Do a search here in the forum on world phone and DROID RAZR or HTC resound. Verizon has just announced after the next update on each of these phones that they will be world phones. I believe that the soak testers for ICS on the RAZR have confirmed that already from what I have read. Good luck in your search.
