Are both SIMS LTE capable?

I have a oneplus 3 that got soaked and is no longer functioning.

I was thinking of getting the ZTE Axon 7 to try out, but wanted to find out if both SIM slots are capable of LTE like the one plus 3. With the one plus 3 if I make the 2nd sim card primary I can get LTE on that slot, all other dual sim phones the secondary sim slot is always only 2G/3G.

If anyone can confirm that would be great.

Apparently they aren't Dual Active or Dual Standby | ZTE Axon 7

Ah that sucks, I may have to purchase another oneplus.

Not that I switched Sims all the time, but the ability to have LTE on any active Sim was great.

I use both Att and Tmobike sims and both have lte when i switch back and forth using the quick settings menu. works great.

I have only the one AT&T sim but it works as LTE in either slot.
