Are others having problems with MetroPCS?

When I call certain numbers with my Moto E4 I only hear one ring on my end but the one being called will hear all rings and eventually answer. That is problem one. Problem two is that some people I call cannot hear me when I attempt to talk to them. MetroPCS cannot find the problem. Customer service in the Philippines is a nightmare. Motorola no help either. Any input? Thanks
