This comparison really let me down about the LG G2 mini. I expected more from the likely higher priced LG but the difference is marginal.

I am interested because I need a smaller phone with a good camera.

The 13 megapixel model sounds good except one Gig RAM ??

Amazingly bad they have that limitation.

Hoping Carriers can request 2 GIG.

A smaller phone with a good camera? That would be the Xperia Z1 Compact, if I may be excused for mentioning it here.
